Hey... did anyone find a solution to this problem? I have the same problem but it comes and goes. Does it have something to do with the mobile network's availability or is this exclusively a APP World issue?

Any light into the matter would be greatly appreciated!

I rarely even use appworld anymore.  I could not get the Paypal to work and found the blackberrycool store and crackberry store much easier to use. 

I'm not having the APN error, but I am having problems accessing App World today. I get a message telling me:

"Upgrade your service plan to include browsing and discover a world of possibilities at BlackBerry App World. Contact your service provider for more details."

Funny, I have unlimited BIS. I can browse the web, get e-mail, BBM, run Pandora and the Sirius app. So, apparently App World is having issues.
